Christmas Tour at Fanningbank

                                                                         Hello everyone,

                                                        Last night I went to the open house at
                                                        Fanningbank the home of our Lieutenant
                                                        Governor in Charlottetown. It is something
                                                        I look forward to every December.
                                                        The took lots of photos so you could
                                                        come along too. Isn't it breathtaking?

                                                                      So elegant and beautiful.

                                                                        I didn't use my flash and it was
                                                                        harder to get enough light but I
                                                                        think you will get an impression of
                                                                        it all anyway.              
                                                                       

                                           Shelley Campbell did the decorating again this

                                                   year and she always does an amazing job. She also

                                             decorates homes for people at Christmas time.

                                                                       Moving on ~ love this manger scene.

                                                               The first impression of the elegant dining
                                                                room. I love how the doorways were
                                                                decorated.

                                                                     The table is all set for Christmas dinner.

                                                          There was a choir singing lovely Christmas songs
                                                           on the wide staircase.
