10:00 to 16:00, the center of a fall gardeners organized festival, and if your garden are interests along the lines of gardening for beautiful flowers or raising tasty food, you are sure to find presentations and exhibitions of interest.
are presented by the Cumberland County Master Gardener Sponsored, UT Extension and Plateau AgResearch and Education Center, more than nine calls and further activities of UT experts and local garden personalities. Topics include raising better grasses, hydrangeas, roses and pumpkins and "lasagna gardening," vegetables in "tunnel" in cold weather, and gardening by the square foot.
Tours raising the center and walks in the discovery gardens center will also be seen, and the public is invited to attend a special "Ask the Expert" exhibition where UT entomologists and his plant pathologists on-hand to answer your questions about plant diseases and pests. Visitors are invited to bring plants and pests for identification.
Admission is free, and registration begins at 09:30 am Central Time. Snacks and lunch items are for sale throughout the day.

The Plateau AgResearch and Education Center in Crossville is a walk of 10 external laboratories across the country as part of the system UT AgResearch. UT AgResearch is a department of the UT Institute of Agriculture. In addition to its agricultural research programs has the UT Institute of Agriculture also teaching, research and public service through the UT College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources, the UT College of Veterinary Medicine and UT Extension offices in every county in the state.
